• Customize the ISA 2006 Logon page – http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794733.aspx#CustomFormSet

• First make a copy of the SharePoint folder and rename it
• Open the HTML folder inside of your newly renamed folder (C:Program FilesMicrosoft ISA ServerCookieAuthTemplatesRENAMEMEHTML)
• Edit the file called usr_pwd.htm (This is the file that provides authentication using username and password.).
• If necessary you may also edit the stylesheet. The stylesheet is called logon_style.css.
• Copy your company logo to this folder as well.
