- SharePoint Implementation – The project team continues to meet, often. Roland and I have begun building what will be the new production SharePoint farm.
- Altiris – Altiris has been ramped back up and I have worked on importing data for switches as well as numerous meetings with the new project team.
- Magic Upgrade – I have provided Julie with a vast amount of support for the Magic upgrade including speaking with Magic Tech support, writing SQL queries to facilitate the upgrade, configuring IIS, re-configuring the IP address of the server.
- TapiLink – Assisted that project team with resolving a long standing issue. Users were unable to see extensions when they accessed the tapilink application. I explored the security event log on one of the osis tapi servers, and saw several login failures from various users. I then checked the Local Security Policy on that server and saw that only local administrators on that server were allowed to connect via the network. I created an AD group and added in several users and granted that group access to connect via the network. That fixed the issue.
- Documentation – I have documented several more servers and met with Scott E and Roland S. in reference to support of the servers I mainly administer.
