- Database Maintenance: Increased processes for RHN's database.
- Created auto_maintance list query for faculty.
- Corrected BMC Service Desk notifications that went to a list. Lists have a limit to the number of emails that may be sent. This limit stopped notifications from BMC Service Desk. I worked with the List Admin and List owner too modifiy the limit.
