- Configured IP database to run in dataguard's maximum availablity mode. Set up scheduled RMAN backups.
- Working with Kim from Infoworks to develop DNS/DHCP request web pages and the resources that we have available such as mysql, authenticate procedure.
- BMC Service Desk changes and updates for Categories, Business Rules, Notifications, staff and other changes for Law Building Services.
- Working on Service Desk Project. Evaluated BMC Remedy Service Desk and CA Unicenter Service Desk.
- Attending MS SQL 2005 database class.
