1.       The tablespace for VCMS was running out of space.  I added another 2GB datafile with a max size of 3GB.

2.       BMC Service Desk 9 was patched to help correct the email conversation problem.

3.       I worked with Scott E. to set up the backup maintenance plan for a co-located print server.  The MSSQL transaction log had caused problems because of the current backup schedule.

4.       I added a field to the RUNBOOK for the NEW Nagios Status.  I also added more rows to the UNIX on-call and put Dan as permanent DNS on call.  The app host web site links were updated for New Nagios and removed VUCAL. links.

5.       I checked the database matrix and found that one of the oracle database servers was not on backup.  The server was recently modified to move the data from a disk array to the SAN.  The fstab file was not updated which caused the problem.  This was resolved immediately.

6.       I wrote some auto-maintain queries for the list server.

7.       I installed Oracle 10GR2 on the 2 new 64-bit Linux servers for IP.  They were patched up to 10.2.0.3 with the Jan critical patch.  I designed the database with flash back recovery and the Oracle Managed File system.  The first server has been configured as a primary dataguard server.  I will be finishing the standby server by the end of the month [with the next couple of days].  The install process has been documented.
