  1. Installed Oracle’s January critical patches to DB-2, DB-3 databases.
  2. Installed DST patches for Oracle’s OHS on DB-2, DB-3 servers.
  3. Created 10gr1 database on test server to test the DST patches for Nettracker.
  4. Installed DST patches for Nettracker servers.
  5. Worked on memory leak problem for RHN’s VM-Linux-Oracle configuration.
  6. Completed the DOA Service Desk web submission site and link into Magic for Partner Support.
  7. Renewed helpdesk server certificate.
  8. Created DST reports from the RUNBOOK DST data.
  9. Testing Self-service functionality for infoblox DNS.
  10. Worked with Dan R. to apply DST patches to NETID Oracle servers, relinked libraries, and switched primary servers to facilitate uptime while Dan R. patched OS.
  11. Tested NETID Oracle servers for Oracle DST compliance.  No time data types are used.  Nortel recommended no Oracle patching.
  12. Contacted RHN vendor about oracle dst patching.  They include dst patches in their updates.
  13. DST patches applied to Magic Helpdesk’s Crystal Reports.
  14. DST patches applied to vcms’s oracle db.
  15. Programming and designing Altiris Stockroom inventory forms and imports.
  16. Working to build new dbdev-1 server from sunfire v210 server.
  17. DB Matrix:  Identified new db servers that were not on tape backup rotation.  Contacted Admins.  Verified other db servers that were on tape backup.
