Children's Telethon Fundraising Record – ITS set up Automatic Call Distribution for the Children's Miracle Network telethon June 2-3. The event raised a record $1.65 million for Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. More than 800 calls were answered over a 10-hour span. ITS also had a technician stationed onsite.

Server Security Enhancements – The ITS Application Hosting and Network Security teams increased security scanning for the ITS Data Center.
