Installed OWA report pack to allow us a better view into the Exchange environment. Opened 3 different tickets with Quest to work through issues we were having with then content analysis and mailbox account properties gathers. Massage the content gathers manually in the meantime to attempt to get full numbers out of the Exchange environment based on aging and size of messages. Setup automated gathers for the University Exchange systems.

Attended Documentum presentation. Researched Northwestern Xythos-Blackboard addon.

Trained on manual creation of AD accounts. This is utilized in times when accounts are needed for services and external access is not needed/desired.
