Monthly Activity Report
February 2008 

1. Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
2. Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)
3. Backup CDR and archive to CD  (SQL DB backup)
4. Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
5. Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
6. Worked with Business Objects to correct a problem with the AIMWorX reports web page.  Business Objects had to replace four dll files.
7. Worked with AT&T support because BMS data would not load.  The only way to correct the problem was to uninstall the application and then install the latest version.
8. Setup all the AIMWorX test desktops to point to the new AIMWorX backup server (AIMWorX3).
9. Ran AIMWorX testing for MS SQL 2000 sp4.
10. Loaded MS SQL 2000 sp4 on the production AIMWorX server.
11. Installed reports for Operator Services to run against their new Amcom database on the AIMWorX report web page.
12. Installed Windows 2003 sp2 on OSIS-IVR01 & 02 using WSUS.
13. Installed MA4000 software on new virtual server.  (PBX programming software)  Talked with NEC support for several hours trying to get the software to work. 
14. Downloaded and installed Mediasite v4.3 upgrade.
15. Installed the latest version of NEC software on the AIMWorX FT servers, then installed Windows 2003 Server sp2.
16. Upgraded the Runbook with purchase date for all Dell and IBM servers that was missing this data.
17. Worked with MIS on transferring the daily student file from the new ftp server instead of the HP3000. 
18. Created a Perl script to download all e911 information to be sent to VPD on a weekly basis.
19. Gathered information on virtual servers for master worksheet of all ITS servers in Hill Center.
