Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
- Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)

Backup CDR and archive to CD (SQL DB backup)

Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
- Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
- Supported Printing Services server Print-CMYK when drive filled up. Database log file grew so large it filled the drive. Worked with Julie to get database backups working again to prevent log file from growing so big. Cleaned the log file with permission from Printing Services and shrank the file to normal size.
- Upgraded AIMWorX production servers with v5 sp5a.
- Reviewed and updated Telemanagement RFP.
- Created 5 virtaul servers for various projects.
- Installed Windows 2003 service pack 2 on Strawberry bastion host.
- Received an extension list from Steve Bryant, Phone Reduction project, and wrote a Perl script to pull name and cost center from AIMWorX.
- Installed Microsoft SQL 2000 sp4 on backup AIMWorX3 server.
- Worked with Business Objects to correct issue with AIMWorX web page were no one could log in.
