Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
- Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)

Backup CDR and archive to CD (SQL DB backup)

Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
- Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
- Installed software and database on replacement AIMWorX backup server
- Upgraded Mediasite software from v4.1 to v4.2
- Corrected AIMWorX data that caused AWAPI to fail
- Created 6 virtual servers for UC2K7 project
- Documented process for converting physical servers to virtual servers using the VMWare Converter software
- Converted Jump01 physical server to a virtual
- Converted Apps2 physical server to a virtual, had to revert back to physical because of a problem with Filemaker Pro v6. Continuing to investigate the problem.
- Rebuilt Windows 2003 Server virtual template to use 20GB hard drive instead of 30GB hard drive.
- Built Windows 2003 Server 64bit virtual template.
- Worked with SCLogic to correct RPEG software problems, still working.
- Setup virtual servers for new Access Control system and Groove Backup replacement.
- Installed new 2 year certificate on AIMWorX-web2
- Upgraded SCALA software from v2.0.6 to 2.0.11
