Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
- Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)

Backup CDR and archive to CD (SQL DB backup)

Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
- Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
- Worked with AIMWorX testing team to determine if problems were software or database related, so far all problems have been caused by the database being greater than six months out of date.
- Moved 4 virtual servers from Stevenson to Hill ESX clusters.
- Created virtual server for MOSS training class.
- Went to onsite Sharepoint training.
- Installed eAcademy software (RPEG) for new software store server product evaluation.
- Assisted SCLogic in setting up email on Mailing Services server.
- Installed operating system on new AIMWorX backup server.
- Worked with VMware to get new P2V client and ran conversion from physical to virtual on jump01 as test.
- Setup WSUS to run all Windows patches for month of November on all servers and workstations.
