Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
- Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)

Backup CDR and archive to CD (SQL DB backup)

Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
- Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
- Worked with project team on preliminary RFP for Telemanagement Software
- Researched templated changes to remove PBX programming
- Worked with AIMWorX testing team to determine if problems were software or database related, so far all problems have been caused by the database being greater than six months out of date.
- Researched School of Nursing request for security on the Mediasite server
- Worked with Judy Whitley and Alan Baker, Dining Services, on setting up their digital sign in the Commons Dining center.
- Working with ITS Security and Higher Ground, vendor, to get them access to the OSIS server with their software
- Worked with C.L McKinney, Medical Center, on turnning off HL7 link to old MCS servers
- Decommissioned MCS & MCS backup servers, scrubbed drives and shutdown
- Modified multiple Crystal Reports reports at the request of users
- Modified multiple AIMWorX work order templates at the request of users to correct problems
- Replaced system board on Mailbe07 to correct bad serial port
- Created 3 virtual servers for various projects and removed, recreated virtual server for the SCOM project
- Worked with NEC to create e911 NENA file, unfortunately this process can not be automated, created Perl script to pull data and send to VUPD.
- Worked on process to backup SCALA server and content.
