1. Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
2. Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)
3. Backup CDR and archive to CD  (SQL DB backup)
4. Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
5. Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
6. Worked with Julie on the Magic upgrade to version 9
7. Setup AnyWhere USB device to support the SCALA digital signage project
8. Attended Sharepoint training (1 week)
9. Attended SCALA training (2 days)
10. Setup Windows virtual server for use with SCALA digital signage
11. Upgraded/supported VC400 computers in the field for SCALA digital signage
12. Created new virtual Windows servers for Project ‘07, SCOM, & Sharepoint projects
13. Rebuilt Windows 2003 Standard server template, old version was corrupted
14. Applied GeoTrust certificate to Mediasite application
15. Created or modified multiple Crystal Reports reports for various AIMWorX users
16. Research for new TEM RFP
