1. Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
2. Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)
3. Backup CDR and archive to CD  (SQL DB backup)
4. Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
5. Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
6. Virtual machine management
7. Assisted in SAN change for ESX servers
8. Created a server for Mail Services for their new package tracking software
9. Installed 2 new ESX servers for the virtual machine enivironment
10. Moved all iLo/RSA network ports to the AppHosting Admin network
11. Setup 5 different groups for AD authentication into Mediasite software
