1. Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
2. Point of contact with NEC for AIMWorX issues
3. Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)
4. Backup CDR and archive to CD  (SQL DB backup)
5. Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
6. Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
7. Virtual machine management
8. Continued testing of AIMWorX v5 sp5a on AIMWorX2 backup server
9. Put 10 templates to search e911 database instead of cable database for location information into production
10. Put 6 reports to search e911 database instead of cable database for location information into production
11. Ran NEC SQL script to cancel all work order cable tasks and closed orders on AIMWorX production database
12. Completed removal of all circuits from AIMWorX production database
13. Assisted in installation of SCOM on all Windows servers
14. Completed Mediasite application installation with Sonic Foundry and put into production
15. Worked with AT&T to securely transfer monthly billing files using sftp
16. Tested transfered files from AT&T with the current BMS processes
17. Assisted Jeff in completing surplus inventory list
18. Tested purging of Trouble Tickets in AIMWorX2 backup database
19. Purged 2 years worth of Trouble Tickets in AIMWorX production database
20. Created a Perl script for Sandra to create a file of charges from AT&T Teleconference CD
21. Corrected issues with TAPI servers for the Amcom project, with help from Kendra
