1. Support AIMWorX users, database, and servers
2. Point of contact with NEC for AIMWorX issues
3. Backup SMDR and archive to CD (raw call files)
4. Backup CDR and archive to CD  (SQL DB backup)
5. Weekly update of Cost Center & Student information in AIMWorX
6. Call detail lookup for Police & Security and Help Desk fax problems
7. Virtual machine management
8. Began testing of AIMWorX v5 sp5a on AIMWorX2 backup server
9. Research which work order templates & reports need to be modified due to the cable removal project
10. Modified 10 templates to search e911 database instead of cable database for location information
11. Modified 6 reports to search e911 database instead of cable database for location information
12. Tested NEC SQL script to cancel all work order cable tasks and closed orders on AIMWorX2 backup database
13. Removed all circuits from AIMWorX2 backup database
14. Deleted all cable data from AIMWorX2 backup database
15. Began removal of circuits from AIMWorX production database (extensions begining w/ 1 & 2, FD circuits and data circuits)
16. Install and test SCOM on 2 servers (AIMWorX2 and OSIS-TAPI02)
17. Setup virtual server for Mediasite application and worked with Sonic Foundry to install and configure software
18. Ordered and setup WinSSHD from bitvise for secure ftp on Mediasite server
19. Updated AIMWorX building information according to Campus Planning web site building data
