After two videoconferences with schools in Kentucky, the Center for Rural Development's CenterNET2 Network highlighted the CSO in their newsletter that is shared with 139 videoconferencing sites and many others in Kentucky. View the newsletter and take a look at the CenterNET2 website.

Metro Nashville high school students are winding down their six month waterfowl migration survey at Radnor Lake State Natural Area. This joint program between our Center for Science Outreach and Radnor has been a great opportunity for students to understand how scientific research is applied to the field.

The CSO will offer several opportunities for teachers this summer to work in science laboratories on the Vanderbilt campus. There is a modest stipend for participation. Interested teachers should download and complete an application to be submitted to the CSO office.
