Introduction

Welcome to the Vanderbilt University Center for Teaching podcast, part of the Center’s efforts to cultivate dialogue about university teaching and learning among faculty, students, and staff. Initial podcast episodes feature interviews with Vanderbilt faculty members who share their experiences teaching with instructional technologies in innovative and effective ways. The podcast is currently produced by Derek Bruff, Assistant Director, and David Hall, Graduate Teaching Fellow.

Listening to Episodes

To listen to a podcast episode, click on the “play” icon in the middle of the corresponding blog posting. It is the arrow button that looks like this:

This allows you to listen to an episode from your web browser. (You’ll need the Adobe Flash Player plugin installed to use this feature. You can download the plugin here.) Or you can click on the link just above the “play” icon to download the episode and listen in your preferred media player.

Subscribing to the Podcast

You can also “subscribe” to the podcast via iTunes or a similar program. These programs periodically check for new episodes of podcasts to which you have subscribed and download them automatically. This means you’ll never miss an episode. Click the icon below to subscribe to this podcast.
